Oders are shipped out from Monday-Friday not including holidays. Sorry we do not ship on the weekends.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Once the package(s) has been shipped out, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather due to mishandling by carrier, weather, and etc. Anything after orders have been sent out is in the hands of the postal service.
Double check your information and make sure to include full shipping info, apartment number and correct email.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a return and refund. We advice that all products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
